Opening of the 1st call for modular project proposals
The Interreg MED Program is opened its first call for modular projects of the programming period 2014-2020 is now open to program priority axes 1, 2 and 3 and to the following types of projects: Studying (M1), Testing (M2), Capitalising (M3), Studying and testing (M1 + 2) and Testing and capitalizing (M2 + 3).

The indicative ERDF allocation for this call is 75M € (25M € for each priority axis). The final allocation is subject to further decisions of the Interreg MED Program Monitoring Committee.
The indicative IPA allocation for this call is 3M € (1M € for each priority axis). The final allocation is subject to further decisions of the Interreg MED Program Monitoring Committee. The availability of IPA funds is also subject to the signature of the Financing Agreement between the Interreg MED Program Managing Authority, the European Commission and each one of the concerned IPA countries.
Proposals must be submitted electronically using the on-line monitoring tool of the Interreg MED Program, SYNERGIE CTE. The system is open from September 1st, 2015 at noon - 12.00 (GMT +1).
The Application Form has to be validated on SYNERGIE CTE by 3rd November, 2015 at noon - 12.00 (GMT +1).
The uploading of the compulsory annexes to SYNERGIE CTE has to be completed by November 9th, 2015 at noon - 12.00 (GMT +1).
In order to organize the reception and the treatment of the proposals, the Interreg MED Program Joint Secretariat needs to anticipate as much as possible the number of proposals that will be received. Applicants are invited to create a login for the drafting of proposals during the month of September. The creation of logins after that date will still be possible.
According to the provisional calendar established for the call, the approval of the projects is foreseen in June 2016. Applicants are invited to establish as starting date for their projects September 1st, 2016.
In order to draft your proposals, it is imperative to study carefully all Program documents, including the Cooperation Program and the Program Manual, as well as the specificities of the call, including the Terms of Reference, the declarations to be signed by partners and the courtesy application form template. You are also warmly invited to study the specific SYNERGIE CTE guide (section 3.2 of the Program Manual) to facilitate the drafting of your proposal in the monitoring tool.
