The Action supports the companies operating in Municipality of Athens (in the area of Integrated Spatial Investment), in the field of culture and arts and face a lack of liquidity while there is significant damage due to the effects of measures to reduce the outbreak of COVID-19 disease.
The primary objective of this action is to provide targeted, public support to ensure that there is sufficient liquidity in the market to deal with the effects of COVID-19. the pandemic in the form of a non-repayable grant (working capital).

Investment Plans & Support
The public funding covers Working Capital equal to 50% of the company's expenses in 2019,
with a minimum grant amount of € 10,000 and a maximum of € 200,000.00.
Public funding covers Working Capital equal to 50% of the company's expenses in 2019
with a minimum grant amount of € 5,000 and a maximum of € 200,000.
The amounts on which the exact grant amount will be calculated are the sum of:
of consumer goods markets
markets for raw materials and consumables
of the total cost of providing services
of all rents paid in use by the company
of all benefits to employees (excluding those employed in agricultural - biological activities)
of the various operating expenses.
Specifically, the calculation of the corresponding working capital (public financing) results from the sum of the following declared amounts of the fields of the form E3 of the previous year (year 2019): 102, 202, 181, 281, 481,185, 285, 485 multiplied by 50% .
