Strengthening the establishment / modernization of SME companies in the tourism sector within the intervention area of OHE Mani. The investment aid that will be subsidized concerns:

• Investments in buildings, environment

• Machinery and other equipment (machinery, equipment, means of transport)

• Software - Software Services (software, website, eshop (beyond the website)

• Certification of products - Services - Procedures

• View - Promotion - Networking

• Technical and Consulting Support

• Purchase of know-how rights for their utilization in the production of products and services

• Operating costs

Existing, new and start-up companies, according to what is mentioned in the Detailed Call for Action

intervention area of OHE Mani ". Applications for funding in the PSC must be

fully completed.

Terms and conditions

The basic conditions for the participation of the companies that submit a proposal are the following:

• The proposed investment plan must concern at least one of the eligible KAD

• To be active or to be active in the intervention area of the Strategy of OHE Mani. (For the needs of the Action, the date of establishment / establishment of a company means the date of commencement of activity, as it is stated in the printing of the statement of active activities (KAD) of the company through the website www.gsis.gr).

• To have the declared investment fund (s) before the submission of the investment proposal for the Existing and New Enterprises and at the latest before the first disbursement for the Start-up enterprises.

• To operate or commit to operating (under recommendation) in the capacity of Very Small, Small or Medium Enterprises as defined in Commission Recommendation 2003/361 / EC of 6 May 2003 and in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 on the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

• To make the relevant expenses exclusively in the intervention area of the Strategy of OHE Mani.

• To operate or commit that they will operate after their establishment legally having the appropriate, according to the current legislation, operating license. In case the license has not been issued or has expired, it is required to submit the relevant application for issuance / renewal / notification. (For companies with activities for which no operating license is required, they must submit a Responsible Statement of the Legal Representative, where it will be confirmed that the issuance of an operating license or a document of exemption from the relevant obligation with reference to the institutional framework is not required). For companies that have not been established and will be established after the publication of the relevant invitation, they are obliged to present their operating license before the payment of the last payment.

• To operate or operate exclusively in one of the following forms: corporate / commercial enterprises (Societe Anonyme, Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Company or Limited Liability Company, PC, NEPA, Cooperative, CoinSep of Law 4430/2016 as applicable) and sole proprietorships.

• To keep or commit that they will keep after their establishment Haplographic or Diplographic books of KFAS.

• To develop or commit to develop their activity in an independent professional space, ie in a space that in each case is a separate property, has its own utilities and is not used in any way by a third party (co-housing), or as a residence (primary or secondary), in each case before the first inspection request.

• Not be in bankruptcy, liquidation or forced management.

• No recovery of aid is pending against them following a previous Commission decision declaring aid illegal and incompatible with the internal market.

• To submit in their investment plans expenses that have not been financed and have not been included in another program financed from national or Community resources.

• Belong to categories A (existing companies) or B (new companies or start-ups).

• Have or make a commitment with a responsible statement that until the completion of the action / investment they will take care of the appropriate infrastructure and services in order to minimize obstacles and facilitate access to them, where necessary and necessary, for people with disabilities, in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No Regulation (EC) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down general provisions for the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1083/2006. Infrastructure means both the building infrastructure and the electronic applications that are addressed to the customer public (eg websites and other electronic applications such as electronic information and / or service points, etc.)

• Submit a business plan, as well as all the necessary information, supporting documents and forms, as defined by this notice.

• Commit that their investment plans have not been submitted for inclusion and if approved for funding will not be submitted to another program funded by national or Community resources.

• To submit a single application for funding per VAT in this action throughout the validity of this call.

• For start-ups, the same shareholder cannot participate in more than one investment project.

• Have not received rescue or restructuring aid, or if the firm has received rescue aid must have repaid the loan and terminated the guarantee contract, or if the firm has received restructuring aid, the restructuring must be completed.

• The total amount of de minimis aid granted to the sole proprietorship, including aid from this Action, shall not exceed EUR 200,000 (or EUR 100,000 for the road haulage sector on behalf of third parties) within three years ( current year and the previous two years). If a company carries out road freight on behalf of third parties, and has other eligible activities for which a maximum of EUR 200,000 applies, a maximum of EUR 200,000 will apply to the company, provided that for all the costs of this There will be a separate accounting monitoring as well as a distinction of cost centers so that the support of the road freight activity does not exceed the amount of 100,000 euros and the de minimis aid is not used for the acquisition of road freight vehicles.

• To maintain the investment in the area where the aid is granted for at least three years, after the completion of the investment. This does not preclude the replacement of an outdated unit or equipment that became obsolete or damaged during that period, provided that economic activity is maintained in the area during the above minimum required period and upon approval of the request by the competent body monitoring the transaction.

• The investment project to be supported under this call must not have been physically completed or fully executed before the beneficiary submits to the managing authority the application for funding under the program, regardless of whether the beneficiary has made all relevant payments. Otherwise the whole investment plan becomes ineligible for financing.

• The companies that will participate in the action must comply with the legislation on health and safety of workers and prevention of occupational risk.

• Not to have been fined that have acquired final & binding force, for violations of labor law and in particular: - Violation of "high" or "very high" seriousness (3 fines / 3 controls), - Undeclared work (2 fines / 2 controls) ), for the reasons of art. 39, par. 1, of Law 4488/2017.
