Strengthening SME initiatives for research and Innovation development - NSRF 2014-2020
The program provides a coupon innovation in companies operating in the Peloponnese Region, which they will use to subsidize to purchase a know-how transfer plan from an Innovation Agency who will choose to work together.
What is the Knowledge Transfer Plan?
A know-how transfer plan involves the dissemination of scientific and / or technological knowledge and / or expertise from an Innovation Agency to a company, in a way that is immediately usable by it, will fully respond to the issues raised by the company in the application submitted and will contribute to their resolution. The company can use this knowledge to develop innovative products, production processes or services. Indicative ways of utilization: change in the production process, aiming at the reduction of production costs, the design of new products, for the company, organizational innovation that includes the redesign of the needs throughout the production process (supply of raw materials, distribution networks) modification of the product packaging, the differentiation of individual parameters of the product with the aim of access to new specialized markets. The implementation of the innovation transfer plan by the company will provide added value to the company and will have immediate benefits.
It is clarified that a know-how transfer plan related to a specific issue / problem can only be implemented once by an Innovation Agency. Subsequent implementations of the same project by the same innovation body to other SMEs will not be subsidized.

The aid concerns areas of the Strategy Research and Technology for Smart Specialization of the Peloponnese Region, as they emerged from the relevant Business Discovery process. Specifically:
Agri-food sector - food - beverages
Productive manufacturing companies in the construction sector, production of wood products, metal products, non-metallic mineral products, production of plastic products, packaging items, machinery, instruments and construction materials
Logistics - supply chain
Innovators are:
The Research Centers - Institutes, the Technological Institutions and the Research University Institutions
The industry research and technological development companies
Similar to the above Institutions, Universities and branches research and technological development companies based in the countries of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
The planned project must meet the incentive nature and for this purpose the work of the supported research project must not have started before the submission of the application for submission by the beneficiaries.

What is funded:
Only the expenditure for consulting and support services (elaboration of a Knowledge Transfer Plan by an Innovation Agency) in the field of innovation (innovation coupon) is eligible. The start date of each project is the date of issuance of the Project Integration / Financing Decision. The duration of the projects is 12 months from the date of issuance of the Integration Decision.
Budget:
The subsidized budget of each investment proposal of a potential beneficiary of aid can range from € 1,000 to € 15,000.
The total The budget of the Action amounts to € 500,000.
Submission period:
The start date of the electronic application period is set on 19/04/2018 .
The end date of the online application period is set at 19/06/2018 & time 13:00.
