Grant for Self-Employed Lawyers
New NSRF Action is expected to amount to 20 million euros for the subsidy of self-employed lawyers. Objective of the action h Granting self-employed lawyers to provide targeted support to self-employed lawyers, who have been particularly hard hit by the pandemic, remaining for a long time with much reduced activity due to the unnatural functioning of the courts.
At the same time, this action seems to strengthen the infrastructure of their offices in order to respond to the conditions of their services through video conferencing and modern technological tools in the process of administering justice in courts and penitentiaries of the country.
Each company (discrete VAT number) will be awarded a non-refundable grant amount scaled based on the total turnover of the entrepreneur in the year 2019.
The evaluation process will be comparative based on an objective criterion of reduction of turnover in the year 2020 compared to 2019.
