The Action aims to strengthen entrepreneurship in the field of Tourism, through the creation of new micro, small and medium tourism enterprises.
Action Budget
120 million euros for all regions of the country.
Beneficiaries of the Action
Very Small, Small and Medium Enterprises that will be active in the field of Tourism and belong to the following categories:
Beneficiary Category A: Companies that will be established from the date of issuance of the announcement of the action and will have the KAD of the investment until the first disbursement of the grant.
Beneficiary Category B: Tourist Accommodations that have been established and have acquired, until the date of issuance of the action announcement, at least one of the eligible KAD 55 and / or KAD: 41.20.20.01, 41.20.20.02, do not have a license (signal) of operation, and the TIN of the company has not developed any economic activity.
Subsidy amount
25,000 euros to 400,000 euros.
45% of the eligible costs are funded. In the case of hiring new staff for at least 0.2 EME hired workers, the funding rate is 50%.
Basic conditions for participation
Beneficiaries should:
to provide at the time of submission of the financing application evidence of securing the Private Participation in a percentage of at least 60% of the proposed (subsidized) budget of the Investment Plan
to invest in a single Region
commit that they operate or that they will operate legally by obtaining the appropriate operating license until the completion of the investment
to submit an investment proposal per A.F.M.

Certification of quality assurance systems, environmental management
Promotion - Participation in Exhibitions

Expenditure is eligible from the date of publication of the invitation.
Eligible categories of business activities
Main hotel accommodation: hotels of 3 stars and more with a capacity of 10 to 50 beds, hotel tourist accommodation inside traditional buildings, organized tourist camps (camping) of 3 stars and above, youth hostels
Non-main hotel accommodation: self-catering accommodation - tourist furnished houses with a minimum of 3 houses, furnished rooms for rent - 3 key apartments and more and a minimum capacity of 10 beds
Tourist offices of various activities
Alternative forms of tourism: sports tourism, maritime tourism, rural tourism, other special - alternative forms of tourism, such as amusement and theme parks, etc.
Other business activities in the field of tourism
Labeling
It is not possible to set up a new company (AFM) with a partner of the previous company or its partners / shareholders for the exploitation of the same accommodation / operating brand.
Period of submission of investment plans: from 18/12/2017 to 28/03/2018
